I sent a letter to the LL Cert. Mail telling him I don't really care what time or day he comes by but asking him to please call my house or leave a note 24 hours ahead of time if he plans to come in to make repairs or check the apartment out. He hasn't responded. Although this is a 2 family house, can he still just traipse on in at will after getting this written request from me?
