subsidy, lease status, units in building and when it was built.

If this is New York state, there are specific laws for mobile home rentals, or maybe thy're just for mobile home parks.... Find them by starting at the homepage: tenant.net. Use search or the NY Tenants Info section or find your state in the drop-down box.

Feel free to ask the board to translate into English whatever you do find.
