I am a Queens resident and a month to month tenant.I am moving on the 10th of this month due to new landlord. Do I have to pay a full month rent? We gave notice last month to the new landlord. And we refuse to live in an apartment upstairs where they are renovating without a permit and doing banging at the walls at 11:30 at night.
