hi. i just went through the same exact thing. unless it is an emergency (fire, flood...) the ll cannot enter your apartment whenever they please. they have to give you a 24 hr notice, i am not sure though if it has to be in writing. i've spoke with lawyers, internet & plenty of people on this web site and that is the answer i got. by the way, i am curious what the ll reason was for entering? you tell him that he can't just go in whenever he wants.
