My landlord has given out new leases that include this provision:
"Repairs, replacement, or maintenance costs of the boiler, windows, or other fixtures belonging to the landlord which exceed $2000 per year will be divided equally among tenants"

Does this sound right to you? I thought that this was part of a LL overhead cost.
