Guys,
I've been seeing a number of postings by tenants describing their negotiations with landlords, asking questions and so on. That's great! But please, please, keep in mind that landlords and landlord lawyers follow this board very closely. There are links to this board on several real estate group websites.
It is not a good idea to reveal strategy when you are in the midst of negotiations or a litigation. So please, if you are using this board in the midst of some kind of dispute, conceal your identity.
There's a warning to this effect but at the top of the board but people are disregarding it.
