This is about the new rent reg regarding overcharging roommates, RSC 2525.7 LL wants to find out if it's going on. LL is most likely sending this to all tenants. Unfortunately, LL's request is permissable and legit, as of this time. This and other amendments to the code are being challanged, but as of right now you have to comply.
