worst I've seen: LL submitted invoice for a company that did not exist, at an address that did not exist, at an address format completely foreign to the normal street addresses in the neighborhood (analogy: Queens-type addresses on West 30th Manhattan), for an amount of money only someone who bought the Brooklyn Bridge would pay for a similar project. and DHCR did not dis-allow it. I saw all these documents... now awaiting PAR decision.

second worse: LL claimed to have spent $40K on supplies and labor to sheetrock one 10 by 12 room with 9-foot ceilings. $40,000.00, one room. DHCR is still thinking about that one.
