The rules are, it is a major no-no for this person, or any person, to
just throw your stuff out on the street, or lock you out, or remove the locks from the door to the apartment, or threaten you in any way, (despite the fact that the lease will expire and after it does expire). The only way he can force you out is go to court to evict you, even though you are not on the lease. If a person has lived somewhere for 30 days consecutive days or longer, or has a lease, it is illegal to forceably remove or attempt to remove that person and possessions.
