I live in a non-stabilized rental appt. (in a house) in Queens. After complaining to the landlord about gaz smell to no avail, I called Con Ed, they came in and shut the gaz for leakages.No hot water and no cooking gaz
10 days now and the lazy plumber comes back and forth to fix, still no gaz as the 1st inspection failed, and trying to get His Royal Highness the inspector from Con Ed to come in is a big problem.
Can I hold off monthly payment?
