How are you being evicted? What kind of papers you been served with? -your tenancy has been open and notorious, and-prime tenant can only sublet 2 years out of 4 year period. You are long past that. After these many years, one has to assume LL was aware that prime tenant didn't live in the apartment. Since he has been accepting your rent checks for 10 years, your name is probably on the mailbox(?)and the super knows who you are, you should be considered the tenant of record. You'll probably need a lawyer, but I think you stand a 90++% chance of keeping the apartment.
