I posted a message a few days ago as Joan, the innocent girl being evicted by her Landlord via Owner Occupancy. But I'm really a landlord who is taking over an apartment via owner occupancy, who thought he would see if he had forgotten anything, I had, but I will cross my tee's and dot my i's now. I'll be careful to send a Golub notice during the 90-150 day window period before the lease expires.

Then I will take over the apartment and I will evict the poor couple living there and, mwah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha mwah, then I will rent the apartment for thousands. Cus rich tenants from outta town don't ever ask questions, that's how we select em.

Aahh don't take it too bad, landlords are crafty folks, that's why they own stuff and you suckers just pay us lots of money to live in our buildings. Of course we gotta be crafty, we are up against all the powers of the only socialist city in these great United States. What really pisses you off about LL's is the fact that they have money. People resent those that have, but I came from regular folk like you, if you wanted to you could own, renting is a choice and a state of mind.

Listen since you did me a favor take this oppurtunity and ask me anything you might want to ask an evil Landlord, I'll answer anything.
