When I was ready to sign my lease for the first time. There was a sentence regarding the landlord charging $200 extra for anyone else who might live there for more than 2 days. I thought this was rediculous but signed it anyway because i needed a place badly. My girlfriend is coming to live with me in a month. Is it legal for the landlord to charge me $200 more each month. I feel like this guy is charging hotel feels and Im afraid to have people stay over for more than 2 days for fear of the fee.
