This is about your Aunt and Uncle: It's up to them to demonstrate that they intend to return, not the proposed sublessee(you). You posted that they are not sure they will return but that they may return: Look, it's entirely up to them, they have to contact the LL and convey to him that their intent is to return after a certain period of time. While the LL cannot unreasonably withold consent to sublet, unless the LL is an accomodating kind of person, I don't think this is going to work for you, but I'm just basing my opinion on the brief info you've posted here.
