In addition to Article 7 section 713.5 of the New York State Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law (RPAPL). Wouldnt Section 753, "Stay Where Tenant holds over in premises occupied for dwelling purposes in city of new York" also help my case as mentioned in "HELP...BEING EVICTED" originally posted on 6/11/01?
