Can anyone help point me in the direction of finding out a persons recorse when they have a lease, are renting a home in NJ and up to date on payments....having a sheriffs sale notice put on the door stating that the home will be auctioned on June 28th 2001?? Landlord is in FL and has been notified and is also very confused....but that doesnt help the tenant....any ideas what she can do?
