RPAPL 713.5 requires that you must be shown a certified copy of the deed obtained in the foreclosure before an eviction proceeding can be properly commenced. not many know this so it may not have been done, that defense should get the case dismissed (which will buy you more time), by the way, the judge has the power to give u up to 6 months to move. good luck
