We have a lease that ends at the end of 7/01. We live in Depew NY. The house that our aprt. is in has been foreclosed. New owner to take over 7-1-01. New L.L. saying he does not have to pay us our security deposit back, of $595. Old L.L. saying since he doesn't own it anymore, he cannot get in to check aprt., he lives in FLA. There are 2 aprt. in this house. the upstairs guy has a lease that ends 12-01. Everyone is wondering who is responsible for paying the Security deposit back.
