LL has no right in any way shape or form to move another person into your apartment while you are living there, and paying rent.
If I understand this situation correctly, whether you are a U S citizen, a resident alien, illegal immagrant or whatever, LL has no right. Simply tell her no. She cannot just kick you out or lock you out. After you tell her no, if she installs this person in your apartment, call the police. (They don't care if you're here legally or not) They will prevent this person from being in your apartment without your consent.
