i have them too, though perhaps not as bad as you're getting it. ask the LL to send an exterminator. if they're that bad, it starts to infringe on the 'quiet enjoyment & habitability' clause is most standard leases. if he says no, be ready to ask if it's okay if you hire an exterminator and deduct the cost from the rent. for some reason LL's seem to like that latter arrangement, as they don't have to make any calls and still get paid the next month. my experience has been that it's always easier to give a LL less money than to cough it up.

if it's any consolation, those centipedes eat other bugs so at least your home will be limited to that one variety.

: Shower has been regrouted and calked. The hardware replaced. They are in everyroom of the apartment! I live in R.I.
