Rent stabilization laws were intended to help the poor and middle class have access to affordable apartments ... NOT to benefit entrenched fat cats by helping them rent cheap apartments. As such you have no business posting on TenantNet.

Since you make so much money, why not build some affordable housing to rent to the rest of us ? Or buy a penthouse up above it all somewhere. Just give all of us a break and be more honest about your intentions here.
