if you start making such demands on your LL, i suspect your pleas will be met with stunned silence. even tho there are such laws about deposits, is there any LL anywhere who actually does it (sep accounts for deposits, interest, etc.)? i would like to find out if anybody has such a LL. I'm just happy to get *any* of the deposit back, never mind interest. you could try to enforce the laws but i suspect you'd end up in court and usually deposits aren't enough to merit such pursuit.
