I just rented an apartment outside the city and it was delivered in an uninhabitable form. In other words, it had roaches. Do I have a right to vacate my lease on the grounds that the apartment was not delivered to me in a habitable form? To be honest, I would prefer to get out rather than deal with the LL trying to exterminate.
