I reside in Orange county in a mobile home park . I have recently given a twenty day notice to my landlord informing him of my intention to sell my mobile home. The person I have interested in buying is a rental tenant who is in good standing( he has already been approved to be a tenant in this park ).I have read my rights in the REAL PROPERTY LAW Article 7. The landlord is refusing the sale and has threatened to evict the tenant who wants to purchase my home.What actions can we take to protect are rights?
