clarification re weird markings

Whoa--getting a bit hostile there. No need for that. By "weird markings" I meant there were weird markings put there by the post office. My package was correctly addressed and had the correct postage. It was clearly a post office error. I am sure that if it was a DHCR error it would have been marked "refused."

Yes, hopefully there should be nothing further on this. The DHCR tells me that if the thing is kicked back to me I should hand deliver it, which is a pain but I guess I have no choice.

It may seem like a lot of trivia to you but I have an important case jeopardized by a post office error.
