Yes, more from me: After signing the lease, I discovered that the realty agent is also one of three owners of the building I'm renting in. She had someone else show me the apartment, but she was the one who was there when I signed the lease. Is what she did still illegal, and if so, do I get my money back by going to court? (Brooklyn, non-stabilized, 3-dwelling house)
