Don't know if I'd go up there with a cell site in operation...

And I've never heard of any law requiring the LL to give roof access for recreational use. However, if he had been allowing it, to cut it off in a stabilized building could be fought on the grounds of dimunation of service.

: Ooooh! That's really a good one! Where did you find that? Our LL locked and alarmed the doors to the roof ever since he let some company install radar(looks like it) or cellular equipment on the roof. Lots of us in this biulding would love to be able to use the roof again!
