I'm living in a house with four apartments and the landlord is selling the whole house. Currently he is showing my apartment to all interested without notice. What are the laws involving this? One, can he show it at will. And two, once my lease is up, if the new landlord wants to live in my apartment instead of renting can I get evicted?
