I have no recent experience with brokers and can't recommend one specifically. However, I disagree with some of the comments that you should avoid brokers totally. What you should do is factor in the cost of the broker in the cost of the rental. Amortize the cost by the number of months you plan to stay in the apartment. A 20% (of annual rental) fee raises the rent by 20%, etc.
Also you might want to check, but broker fees MAY be tax-deductible moving expenses.
But don't get me wrong. I hate brokers as much as anybody. Many are crooked or dishonest. They always work for the landlord, even though you are paying them. Be careful in dealing with them. But sometimes they have good listings.
