Thank you all who reply on my message.
I called to my management office and told them that I am going to buy a large rug to put in the living room, and bedroom already has a rug. They told me that it should be enough. Also we made a small partition wall between living room and dining room, which makes living room isolated room with the door (we did it when we prepared for the baby arriving, because we sleep in the living room and my first daughter sleeps in the bedroom), so the management demands that we break this wall, which I promiced I'll do. I tried to explain them why I need this and promice that when we leave the apartment we'll break it, but they were very uncooperative, so I have to do this. So next Wed the field manager is going to inspect the apartment. If after the Wed they will find out something else that we violated (I do not know what, I think everything else is fine) I would file a harassment file.
