What part of the word "carpet" don't you understand ?

Lets see ... you sign a lease that says "no pets", then you get a dog. You agree to carpet 80% of the floor, now you have to look up in a dictionary what "carpet" means. No wonder you have irritated management.

I have little respect for people who renege on their agreements or who go against their word. If you didn't agree or with or understand these terms, why did you sign to them ? There are certainly other apartment available in New York that allow pets and don't require you to cover the floor.
