If LL had to come in for an emergency repair and "forgot" to leave a note, then it may not stand for you to leave. If, however, after speaking with the LL there was no emergency repair (like a pipe burst, smoke or fire coming from your place, etc.) and they're making a habit of it, I would consider breaking the lease.

Call your local county regarding the rental regulations for your area.

: My landlord and the owners of the home we rent entered our home and left no notification of entry. Our Texas Apartment Association lease specifically states they have a right to enter and must leave written notification immediately following the entry. Does their failure to do this allow me to terminate my lease?
