That may be-- I don't know the guy from Adam--but why do you say that? Do you know of instances where he has screwed tenants he has represented? He may have been a horrid judge, or a louse representing landlords, and do a good job as a tenant lawyer.

As I have personally experienced, just because a lawyer specializes in representing tenants doesn't mean that he or she will be aggressive and/or competent.

Ditto for landlord lawyers. In the case I'm currently involved in, the landlord's lawyer is an unbelievable nitwit.
