With so many lawyers having expertise in New York City housing law, why would any tenant group retain Borah Goldstein, which is one of the largest pro-landlord law firms?

Are you saying that Borah Goldstein is representing tenants in a Wasserman building, while also representing Wasserman -- even if it's a different Wasserman building?

:
: Are any tenants currently living in Wasserman Real Estate apartments in Manhattan currently challenging this landlord in DHCR or Housing Court based on what the tenants consider to be falsified and inflated charges for MCI rent increases? Has anyone challenged Borah Goldstein for conflict of interest in representing a tenant group AND a Wasserman property? Can you relate any other incidents with this landlord and/or this law firm?
