The online edition of the New York Law Journal for Thursday, April 19th, is running an article, Rent Code to Face Legal Aid Challenge, which says the Legal Aid Society plans to file a lawsuit in Brooklyn Supreme Court today (Thursday) challenging dozens of changes to the Rent Stabilization Code issued in December.
