What you are describing is legitimate credit reporting. Whether fair or not, it's done the same as retail. That's not what I'm looking for.

Neither is a Real Estate manager directly telling another. If it's slander that is being transmitted, it's pretty easy for an agent to get slapped with liability.

If the agents were to list information on a group database that would be more of what I'm looking for.
