Hello,

I am producing a segment on corrupt marshals and the eviction scam of the storage spaces.

Specifically, I am looking for anyone who has been evicted and had property stolen or damaged by a marshal.

I am also looking for anyone who has been forced to sign a waiver of liability before being allowed to pick up their stuff at the storage place (in the Bronx? the name keeps changing, but any storage place will do). The waiver basically says that the storage place is not responsible for any theft or damage of tenant property. An attorney is planning to sue them on the basis that the waiver is illegal. I want to see how many lawyers and tenants have run into this.
