After a few months of wrangling with the LL, I finally received and signed a lease renewal to my apartment. The LL was to have attached to my copy of the DHCR Rider to my renewal lease when he sent my copy back. Got the renewal lease without it, just a note attached that appears to be a fax from DHCR stating they ran out of them and would send to LL as soon as possible. It's been two months and nothing in the mail from LL, although I have started paying the increase in my rent already. Do I still have to pay increase regardless of not getting the complete papers?
