how much is a lot? i have been reading that the real estate market has been cooling off, due in no small part to the foundering dot-com industry. i suspect a lot of people moved back in with mom'n'dad. what this means for people in NYC is no so much that rents will drop as they won't increase as much, as fast. uh, yay ... ?
