the time to file a PAR has nothing to do with a Request for Reconsideration

please be careful, making a Request for Reconsideration does not suspend the time for filing a PAR .. 35 days, u can file a PAR and a Request for Reconsideration at the same time, u can't bring an article 78 proceeding until the PAR is decided. if a Request for Reconsideration is denied that does not give u the right to bring an Article 78 proceedig based on that denial ......good luck
