Though, Richard's manner is sometimes caustic - it does drive the point home. A tenant should always know what is in the lease and most of all have a lease. Sometimes, we pussyfoot around here trying to find a gentle way of saying what Richard rams home!! Maybe sometimes, we need that kind of wake up call!!

No. Wrong. Tenants do not need a "wake-up call." They do not need to be scolded. Tenants need information. I agree that this board has become too much of a debate board, too many flames, and that Tenant.net should put a stop to it by PERMANENTLY banning Richard and deleting personal attacks.
