Oh come on now. This tenant knows full well, I'm sure, that she should have a lease. She doesn't need to be told that. It doesn't add value to say that. It is up to the tenant, not the landlord, in most markets.
It's a shame you let people on your board be abused like this. As I've said a zillion times, you should delete flames immediately. Hell, you're letting this guy drive away people who might be in a position to offer the people on this board, including me, good info some day.
