OH OH.....he wants to sue the landlord because he is inconvienced because he could figure out what to do!

This guy had 2 months free rent and moving expenses behind door #1, and he THREW it away on DOOR #2 and now he's sorry...

If he had even a six month lease he wouldn't be trying to screw the landlord as we speak.

I try to be fair...but this time the tenant really did secrew up badly, so he should be a MAN face up to it, and move, and dont ask the landlord for a dime..instead ask for a REFERENCE letter so he can rent another apartment quickly.

He will learn a very expensive lesson from this....i hope
