Get in writing from employer that what web access you have now is unacceptable and then write management with copy of the letter that you will be leaving UNLESS the high speed access is made available to you....give them the either/or first so that they know you mean business. If you have not had DSL and only use dial-up or phone company access, they don't realize the difference. When I got DSL I thought I had died and gone to heaven!!!
