Yes this is a tenant forum, but we don't exclude landlords just because they are landlords. We will do so if they start railing against tenants or trashing tenant protections with stupid and false arguments (i.e., rent regulation causes a plethora of social ills). Indeed, some good advice comes from landlords who post on this forum. And for better or worse, capitalism is not illegal. We will trash landlords for what they might do (or say), but not because what they are.

: Wintermoon: This is a tenant forum. Not a forum for sleazy wannabe landlords. Your unethical attitude is what makes this city almost unlivable. The working class doesn't owe you a living. I hope you lose your apartment and it goes to a decent non-profit-seeking individual.
