OK, so the property mgr told me he would fax me an application on Friday. He didn't. I spoke to him and asked for it 2 more times after that initial conversation about the application. No fax. I will go to the office on Monday in person to fill out the application. I will be enraged if he has already given my roommate an application and tells me some crap like, "It's too late". I feel like maybe this guy is already in collusion with my roommate or something....

Also, he says my roommate has to give me the security deposit if I go and she stays. It doesn't have to come from him? I don't trust her to give it to me.
