Rent Stabilization

Posted by Angela on March 24, 2001 at 22:58:35:

Hello! I've posted a question earlier about Pet Law and Rent Stabilization. Now I have another question. I searched the Rent Stabilization database here on Tenant.Net and it gave me that my building (Brooklyn, 6 store building) has rent stabilization units and also some co-op apartments. My question is can it be that some apartments are stabilize and some not (I do not talk about co-op but management apartments, as mine is) or should I assume that if building is rent stabilize then ALL apartments (under the management) are rent stabilize???? Also do you know how to find out the year when building was built?

Thank you very much, Angela.
