Hi, I have a ? I live in a apartment housing with only one other family living below us. My ? is first of all is there a law about blocking the only driveway in and out of the building? My neighbors seem to think they are the only ones living here and like to park in the driveway as well as there friends??? 2nd, what about noise, my kids goto school and goto bed at 7 or 8 pm on weeknights, there kids are home taught so they can basically stay up as late as they want. Is there a law about noise at night time or is it just up to common sense of the tenants. Thanks
