As I said in my previous post -- if the repair person is not coming through in a timely fashion, then it becomes an issue. Is there a timeframe that is stated as to what the turnaround is for repairs?

The first poster did not mention about whether the guy fixed anything on time or not. I thought Dave's answer was pretty much to the point.

: hey Disco Stu - that is not the point. the point is that it is misprepreentattion to asy the building has a 24 on -premises super when it really doesnt. but wlwet them discover that. they will when there is an emergency. already he has failed to answer late night pages related to water leaks.
