i live in a big NYC coop in a rent regulated apt. we have a new superintendent. he is supposed to be in his free provided apt available 24 hours for emergencies. he sneaks out almost every night to go to his girlfriends and leaves behind his wife. The copp Board does not know about it. Isnt this illegal or cause for a rent reduction?
